Investel to buy Coastline Broadcasting

Investel Capital Corp., an investment fund with offices in Toronto and Vancouver, agreed to purchase British Columbia-based cable television provider Coastline Broadcasting of Black Creek for an unspecified amount. Coastline Broadcasting is a regional cable television provider currently catering to 800 subscribers in the Courtenay region.

The agreement to purchase all outstanding and issued shares of Coastline Broadcasting Ltd. was reached earlier today, announced by Investel Capital in an official statement.

Under the stipulations of the deal, Investel Corp. will assume ownership and take over operations of the Coastline Broadcasting by July 31 of this year.The takeover of Black Creek Coastline is the first cable television acquisiton of the company and another addition to its long list of telecommunications companies.

Investel Capital specializes in the acquisition of low-profit telecommunications companies with good return revenue. The company provides access to network resources and instruments including highly efficient management, adminstrative services, network operations and engineering.
