Apple announced that their newest upgrade to the operating system, called the iOS 7, will focus more on businesses. The company said that the new system incorporates features that provide "more advanced ways to deploy devices and deliver a great user experience."

During a keynote presentation arranged by the tech titan, the iOS 7 will benefit business users more than regular consumers. This new information gave hints on possible related feature upgrades, as well as the probable new apps that will be developed specifically for the demographic.

Some of the new business facing features include the iOS 7's control over applications and accounts' access to documents and email attachments. This is added security towards the user, which can now configure apps with "Per App VPN", meaning apps can be linked to a company's secure network.

Another feature announced was the inclusion of a company account when purchasing in the App Store Volume Purchase Program.

Businesses and companies will fully utilize the new offering of the iOS 7. Industry experts believe that this new demographic focus will potentially alienate customers, adding fears of an already bad outlook on the company. The iPhone sales thrived on regular consumers in first world countries, while business-facing features were not conisdered the selling point for the past operating system. Finance analysts are looking forward on how this update will stir the current smartphone market.
