Maker’s Row closes US$1 million seed round

Maker's Row, announced that the company closed a seed round of US$1 million. The seed round was co-led by Index Ventures and Comcast Ventures. Maker's Row is the known marketplace that connects the American manufacturers with businesses worldwide. The company was launched in November of 2012. Maker's Row is the leading provider for thousands of businesses opportunities that discovers and communicates with the domestic manufacturers.

"From first-time entrepreneurs to big brands, everyone faces the same problem when it comes to finding a factory in the US," said Matthew Burnett, CEO, Maker's Row. "When your resources are limited, your options are limited and overall business suffers. Maker's Row provides the means to which a good idea can become a great product here in the United States."
