Neutra Corp (NTRR) announced that they have signed a letter of intent for a partnership with Second Wave Ventures, LLC. Cannabis Technologies, NTRR's MMJ (medical marijuana) subsidiary, the company is set on targeting potential partnerships with many California companies to help revolutionize medical marijuana usage by patients. The Second Waves Ventures partnership will align with the company's mission to develop and market new cannabis delivery systems. The process will eliminate the potential harmful side effects which are associated with drug.

"There's an untapped market out there for cannabinoid delivery systems infused with healthy nutraceuticals," Mr. Jim said. "Second Wave is working on groundbreaking products that deliver all of the benefits of medicinal cannabis while simultaneously counteracting the lack of energy and focus that many MMJ patients would prefer to eliminate."

NTRR's joint ventures with Vertigo Technologies, LLC and Field of View Technologies, LLC are part in the company's advancement plan for the usage and processing of cannabis in approved markets. The Second Wave partnership supports NTRR's plan to provide innovative services and products related to MMJ. Neutra Corp is set to follow the footsteps of Medical Marijuana Inc. (MJNA), Cannabis Science, Inc. (CBIS) and Terra Tech Corp. (TRTC).
