Aston Capital announced the creation of LightCap I Fund to finance LED lighting installations and purchases for Revolution Lighting Technologies clients. Aston Capital is a Chicago-based limited partnership private equity company.

LightCap I Fund now offers Revolution Lighting clients with customized and flexible financing options that will permit them to invest in LED projects. The capital funding will cover every LED product purchase and all associated costs, including any amortization.

"Commercial, industrial, municipal and university customers are recognizing the significant financial savings that can be realized from the transition to solid state LED sources. We are creating LightCap I Fund to provide Revolution Lighting customers with the necessary capital to purchase and install LED products, a challenge that has historically kept certain customers out of the LED market. Now, they will be able to make the proven transition and quickly benefit from the financial return on their LED investment," said CEO and Chairman of Aston Capital, Robert V. LaPenta.
