Navatar Group, a leading cloud provider for financial companies, announced that Cudos Capital AG has effectively acquired Navatar Private Equity CRM. Cudos Capital is an investment company focused on growth equity, restructuring, private equity, and buyouts in Eastern and Central Europe. Cudos Capital AG is a unit of Cudos Group, an investment firm focused on attaining outstanding returns by generating sustainable value through profitability and growth. Cudos Capital will manage Navatar Group's investors and deploy their funds efficiently.

Cudos Capital currently operates and manages the CUDOS Entrepreneurs' Fund I. Cudos Capital preferred to go for Navatar so that the new acquired firm could jump-start Cudos Capital's investment structure using top-of-the-line cloud technology.
