Prometheus Group, an enterprise application software company, has completed its minority recapitalization agreement with TA Associates yet the investment's terms were not disclosed.

"TA has extensive experience investing in and growing enterprise software companies. Their significant knowledge of the EAM, project management and supply chain software sectors has already begun paying dividends," said Eric Huang, Founder and CEO of Prometheus Group.

"TA will play a central role in our efforts to broaden adoption of our products among existing clients and expand into new markets," Huang added.

Prometheus, which products are accessible in all web-enabled devices such as PC, smartphones and tablets, is based in North Carolina and has offices in South Africa, Australia, Brazil and the United Kingdom.
