Gold Mining USA Inc announced that they have succeeded to secure 100% ownership of the Preacher Mineral Leases for the Nevada Mining Project. Phase 1 of the production set to begin.

The Preacher Mining Leases are located in Churchill and Nye Counties of Nevada.

The gold/silver mining project consists of 10-99 year lode mining leases, which is approximately 50 acres.

Brian Jenkins, VP for Gold Mining USA Inc. said, "We are extremely pleased with the latest acquisition and it can be confirmed that we will aim to begin production on the Preacher Project this month. Our initial report findings show promising existence of minerals which are to be disclosed during our first phase of extraction".

Report from the extracts gathered in the site said that the Preacher has a volcanic-hosted, low-sulfidation gold/silver system. It shows geologic characteristics similar to several highly profitable, multi-million-ounce, high-grade gold/silver deposits seen throughout the world.
