Contact Solutions named Michael Boustridge as its new Chief Executive Officer. As the new CEO, Boustridge would be focusing on accelerating Contact Solutions' growth trajectory. This included partner relationship evolutions, operational excellence sustainment, and expansion to commercial markets. Boustridge would also be focusing on building upon the strong market momentum of the company.

Boustridge was a Board member, and as such, he said that has seen first-hand how the company was "reinventing self-services rates while maintaining or improving customer satisfaction." In addition, Boustridge said that he was looking forward to "leading in an expanded capacity and working with the proven leadership team to take the company into new markets, new partnerships and new product offerings...."

Boustridge currently served on Board of Directors for a number of companies, including DYN, Cyan, Inc., Ciber, Presidio, and Riverbed Technology. He also served on the Board of Trustees of X PRIZE Foundation and was a member of the SAP Americas Advisory Board.
