Go Green Global Technologies Corp acquired the intellectual property rights portfolio over the Sonical product line of Water Treatment Systems, LLC.

"This IP acquisition is a major development for our company," John D'Alessandro, Go Green's CEO, said in a statement.

"In addition to the patent acquisition, we have continued working on the marketing, development, compliance, and certifications for all our products. We are pleased at the progress we are making on all fronts," he added.

The US based company, which caters to marketing, licensing and development of water and fuel technology, now owns two patents and a provisional patent application pertaining to the product line.

"Ownership and development of IP is a cornerstone of our business strategy, and will better enable us to generate revenue streams, raise investment capital, qualify for debt financing, pursue technology licensing opportunities, and exploit commercial opportunities domestically and internationally," said Go Green's President and COO Geoff Grzywinski
