In general, the "Five Nights at Freddy's" games share one similar genre - horror survival. However, with the brand new spin-off role-playing game "Five Nights at Freddy's World," it's totally different. And with the release of the latest trailer for upcoming RPG, it is not what most fans probably expected as it offers a fun and cute tone. Nonetheless, much to the confusion of many, creator and developer Scott Cawthon just posted an image that shows a dead Mangle, hanging in total darkness.

In the previous year, "Five Nights at Freddy's" proved to be a massive success. It's basically a point-and-click survival horror game where players take the role of a security guard, who tries to survive the night at a kid's restaurant packed with murderous animatronic puppet animals. After three sequels as well as a movie adaptation announcement, game creator Scott Cawthon revealed that he'll be releasing a Freddy-based RPG for both PC and mobile devices.

According to Latin Post, Cawthon has previously promised that "Five Nights at Freddy's World" will not be a horror game anymore. And yes that remained true, as the latest trailer shows just how cute and bright the tone of the game is. "FNAF World" reportedly uses a party of four characters, so players can engage in turn-based combat with robot enemies utilizing attacks such as "Pizza Wheel" and "Jumpscare."

However, as reported by Realty Today, Cawthon followed up by posting a dark and creepy image on the "Five Nights at Freddy's World's" website, showing a dead Mangle hanging from the ceiling with the message "See what you've all done?" Nonetheless, it was eventually removed after its release, thus many believe that its purpose was to haunt fans for a short period of time. As of writing, if people are to visit the game's official website, they will see a blank page.

For those who unfortunately didn't see it, Design and Trend said that Mangle was hung by the paddle ball she was seen using at the end of the latest trailer. Indeed, Cawthon's previous teasers always have a creepy factor with them; however, hanging one of "Five Night at Freddy's" most beloved animatronics reportedly takes the spook factor to an entirely new level.

Well, time can only tell what all of this is about as "Five Night's at Freddy's World' arrives sometime in 2016. In the meantime, fans can watch the game's latest trailer to check what the fuss is all about.
