On Thursday, July 4, 2013, Dalradian Resources Inc. announced that Colin Benner, a founding member of the board, resigned due to health reasons. Benner has been a board member since August 2010 when the company went public.

Chief Executive Officer Patrick F. N. Anderson wished Benner's speedy recovery. Anderson also said of Benner, "As a founding member of the board of Dalradian, Colin has been a key contributor in the evolution of the Company. His knowledge and insight has been invaluable."

Dalradian Resources Inc. was a publicly listed company in the Toronto Stock Exchange. The exploration company focused on the exploration of its acquired properties in order to develop projects involving precious and base metals. Although based in Canada, Dalradian has a European focus. The company had their most advanced property located in Northern Ireland and had lode gold deposit of high quality in Curraghinalt. The company held100% stake in Dalradian Gold Limited.
