Crednology Holding Corp., a leader in online credit management, announced on Wednesday that Patricia Giankas remains as the company's Chief Financial Officer and Director. Meanwhile, Brian P. Schwelling moved from Senior Vice President to being Interim President, filling in the vacant position left by Rusty Bresse who resigned for medical reasons.

Schwelling stated that the company was extremely pleased with Giankas' position in the firm. "Patricia's extensive knowledge in the financial industry will compliment the Company's business plan as we prepare to expand our revenue base through acquisitions," added Schwelling.

Giankas has over 20 years of experience in corporate operations and the Financial Services industry. She started as a bank teller and then moved up the ranks to become branch manager. Afterwards, Giankas worked as a manager for the Associates Financial Services of Canada, Inc., earning awards along the way. She then moved on to CITI Financial after the sale of Associates Financial Services of Canada, Inc. and then later on formed her own company, Centum Metrocap Mortgage Corporation in 2001.
