India-based LimeRoad, an online ecommerce company, lands a $15 million Series B funding round led by Tiger Global on Tuesday. Other participants include Lightspeed Venture Partners and Matrix Partners India.

Mumbai-based startup Birds Eye Systems raised an undisclosed sum in a Series A round from Matrix Partners India for the expansion of its traffic monitoring brand Traffline.
Indian textile company Arvind Mills Ltd. would reportedly acquire a 49% stake in designer jeans brand Calvin Klein in India. As a result of the possible deal, Arvind would be inducted as Phillips-Van Heusen's new joint venture partner in the fashion house.
