Social online gaming Zynga posts its third-quarter earnings that beat analysts expectations, revealing that the company is still able to compete in current mobile-age time. Zynga reported $176 million in bookings with a revenue of $196 million.

San Francisco, California-based social games services provider Zynga Inc is laying off around 314 employees, or 15% of its workforce, as part of a cost reduction strategy to generate between $33 million to $35 million in savings for 2014.
