Xiaomi is set to release its latest devices in China on October 19. The rumored innovative devices to be launched include the Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, Xiaomi Mi 5, and the Xiaomi Mi Band 2.

The Chinese electronics company has reportedly begun sending out invitations for its upcoming event next week. The said event was announced by the company on Weibo, China's most popular social networking website, by sharing a photo with a release date alongside it.

Apparently, the first-generation Mi Band is almost prepared for an upgraded and more powerful version. There were photos leaked that revealed the alleged Xiaomi Mi Band 2. The photos which surfaced online show the round sensor of the forthcoming fitness band.

Mi Band 2 is also dubbed as AmazeFit, which was seen in the teaser that rolled out recently. This fitness tracker is expected to offer NFC. Since its predecessor lacks a touch display, Xiaomi might fill out this breach to its next-generation fitness wearable. The touch screen display is said to be in charge of monitoring the user's heartbeat.

Another speculation is that the Mi Band 2 will sport a notification display feature. This is only seen on the smartwatches; however, if rumors are to be believed, then Xiaomi Mi Band 2 will be the finest fitness wearable in the market when it is launched.

Meanwhile, the first fitness band of Xiaomi, also known as the Mi Band, is considered as one of the cheapest yet very useful fitness bands ever released. Thus, many people are expecting it to be refreshed within this year.

Unfortunately, there are no confirmations about the upcoming fitness band from the company yet. All Xiaomi users and spectators must have to wait for the official announcements and see if the Mi Band 2 will actually be launched on the 19th of October. Thus, the long wait will be over in just a week's time.
