It has been 2 months since Samsung announced its Galaxy S6 Edge Plus and yet many are already curious about the next Galaxy S series which will be released early next year. The Galaxy S7 is speculated to be rolled out in three versions with different processors.

According to SamMobile, Samsung Electronics might launch Galaxy S7 in various processors. The Exynos 8890,  also known as the Exynos M1 powered variant of the device, is expected to be unveiled in Korea, Japan, and the European markets. Meanwhile, the Galaxy S7 variant that will be available to consumers in China and the US will feature a Snapdragon 820 SoC.  The Exynos 7422 chipset on the otherhand, that was supposed to debut with the Galaxy Note 5  will allegedly be one of the variants to be rolled out in India.

In addition, Softpedia said on its article that the Exynos 8890 variant of the Galaxy S7 could come with 3GB of RAM, while the Snapdragon 820-powered one will have 4GB on board. But then, the site has no information specified on the RAM capacity of the third version.

Furthermore, Phone Arena added that Samsung Galaxy S7 might arrive sporting a magnesium alloy unibody design. The device is also speculated to be armed with a curved and flat editions, all with a microSD card slot for memory expansion.

The device might be launched on New Year. But with the scarcity of solid information and time left, the prediction seems unlikely to happen. If not, then the Galaxy S7 will probably reach consumers by the end of Q1 2016.
