Destiny's Child's reunion might be on the way, but perhaps a biopic will actually come sooner for the girl group. The group's manager has recently admitted that he is currently working on a film based on Destiny's Child that actually debut the careers of Beyonce, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams.

Beyonce's father, Mathew Knowles, just recently dished to the Huffington Post about the details of the R&B girl group's future projects and it turns out that there are a few ideas up on his sleeve. Among the said ideas is a possible biopic of the group.

"I am extremely hopeful that the ladies will come back with an album and a tour. I'm working on a few Destiny's Child projects right now. My second book will be the autobiography of Destiny's Child." The manager added, " I'm talking to the film and TV community right now, regarding a Destiny's Child movie or TV series of some sort. But I still manage the ladies-Destiny's Child-and I'm hopeful that within the next two to three years we'll see something major come from it."

According to International Business Times, it is not really the first time Beyonce's dad has revealed that he wanted to produce a Destiny's Child biopic. In fact, in the midst of Sony leaks in 2014, it was reported that Knowles had been pitching the film idea to the movie studio, but the producers felt it was too soon to make a biopic for the group.

After the girl group decided to disband in 2004, Knowles went on to manage Beyonce's solo career. However, the singer ended their business relationship in 2011 to manage her own career. The trio then reunited on stage for the very first time after the split during Beyonce's Super Bowl half-time show in 2013.

The group joined forces again at the Stellar Gospel Music Awards in March 2015. The trio actually performed "Say Yes" at the Las Vegas show. They seemingly tried to prove that the girl power and chemistry  are still there after all of these years that they didn't join the same stage.

Recently, Michelle Williams opened up to The Hollywood Reporter via E! News about her three close girl pals claiming, "I have their back and they have mine. They have showed themselves to be loyal to me time after time. They have proven they are my sisters time and time again."

And now, although it's still unclear whether the movie studio would really pursue the group's biopic, Matthew Knowles is seemingly very hopeful that it will be produced in the next two to three years. Meanwhile, the R&B group's fans are very thrilled to hear the news of the trio's upcoming reunion. Many are eager for the girl group's latest projects together.
