After Bobbi Kristina Brown's death, the next big question is where her $20 million inheritance go? It has been reported that it will definitely go to the Houstons. However, there have been many loops in the process as it will not be easy for them to receive the money. There are the Browns, and Nick Gordon, who are also resurfacing to claim the estate.

According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, with Bobbi Kristina Brown's $20 million fortune, everyone close to the late daughter of Bobby Brown and departed Whitney Houston has become interested to claim it. The crucial things is that, Bobbi died without a will. This makes it harder for the court to decide on who will get the fortune lump amount of money that Whitney Houston left for her one and only daughter.

"The terms of Houston's will are controlling, but in an estate of this magnitude, certain parties may try to litigate the matter in order to prove their entitlement to a portion of the estate," Lisa McDevitt, a prominent estate planning attorney told Law Firm News Wire.

There were also reports that Bobbi Kristina's father, Bobby Brown could receive everything that Bobbi is entitled to.  Jerry Reisman, a trusts and estate-law expert and partner at the Long Island firm of Reisman, Peirez, Reisman and Capobianco told USA Today  said that the process of delegating Bobbi Kristina's fortune is going to be a long tough legal battle. However, he said what's written in Whitney's will be most likely to be credited. Bobby will not be receiving the fortune since he divorced with the late singer in 2007.

"Everyone is going to try to grab (her money), but it's not necessarily up for grabs," Reisman said. "And it's a lot of money. Don't forget the royalties coming in (from Houston's music). That estate is never going to end." Neither could the potential litigation arising from this case of mother-daughter tragedy."

Gordon, meanwhile, could receive the $20 million inheritance if he will be able to show a proof of his marriage to Bobbi. He will be legally authorized to  get the money given that he is married to Bobbi Kristina. Another angle that makes it impossible for him to inherit the estate is he is one of suspects being investigated for her Bobbi Kristina's death.
