Mindy Lahiri is back after Fox cancelled the comedy show The Mindy Project. Hulu just released the 1st episode of 'The Mindy Project' Season 4. The show returned by sharing an exciting episode for the fans last Tuesday, where Danny finally proposes to Mindy. Plus there are some great celebrity guests to be appearing on the comedy show.

According to Business Insider, 'The Mindy Project' has been receiving low ratings in Fox from its three previous seasons despite of being a fan-favorite TV series. This is the reason why Fox network cancelled the show. The cancellation made the fans panic but fortunately, Hulu saves the fourth season. The network ordered a 26-episode installment in their network. Mindy Kaling and the executive producers accepted the offer and moved into the show's new home.

Apart from the network news, Danny Castellano (Chris Messina) goes back to New York after procrastinating. He starts to settle things up with Mindy Lahiri (Mindy Kaling) by leaving his disbeliefs about marriage. As mentioned on Hollywood Life Danny suddenly proposed to Mindy the moment she woke up. Then without a doubt, she said yes.

Moreover, guest stars will appear this fourth season. According to Entertainment Weekly they are Joseph Gordon-Levitt, 'The Big Bang Theory's' Kunal Nayyar, Frieda Pinto as herself. Eliza Coupe and Cristin Milioti also pops in on the scene; Fortune Feimster and Garrett Dillahunt as the Southern siblings.

After Fox Channel tragically shut the series down last spring, the Hulu network revives the show. 'The Mindy Project' aired its Season 4 Episode 1 in Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2015 in its new home on Hulu.  'The Mindy Project' is an American romantic comedy series written by Mindy kaling herself. The series was produced by B.J. Novack and Howard Klein.
