CableOrganizer.com was founded back in 2002 with its headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, FL. It is the online retail leader for electrical, telecom, networking, home theatre, cable, and wire management products.

After the acquisitions, it announced the appointment of a new CEO, Gerald P. Quindlen. He previously served both as President and CEO at Logitech. The company co-founders Valerie and Paul Holstein, former COO and CEO, respectively keep minority ownership of the company.

KT Capital Partners, LP invests in stable, growing, and established companies. Capital south on the other hand was founded in 1998, with the aim to provide private equity and mezzanine capital to middle-market companies and invested in over 70 companies. The latter actively looks to invest in lower middle-market across the U.S.

Quindlen, aside from being former CEO of Logitech, has relative e-Commerce experience, which he acquired as an Advisory Board member to Overnear, Inc.  Overnear, Inc is a social media company, based in California.
