The country's top provider of medical pain management and healthcare services, Prospira PainCare Inc., said that it had acquired the Pain Management Center. The Pain Management Center is one of the most modern pain treatment facilities currently in operation.

The said center serves southern New Jersey and the metropolitan area of Philadelphia. This acquisition of The Pain Treatment Center is Prospira's PainCare first expansion into the northeastern United States.

According to the Chairman and CEO of Prospira PainCare, Barry Karlin, "Prospira PainCare is pleased to welcome The Pain Management Center into our existing portfolio of world-class pain management and treatment centers. This partnership represents Prospira PainCare's entrance in serving patients suffering from acute, chronic or intractable pain throughout the Northeastern United States."
