Joshua James "Josh" Duggar molestation issues would never come to an end yet. He might be in for a rough time this year as his victim stepped into the limelight. Although the injured party is not related to them, a civil lawsuit is a huge possibility.

Celebrity News stated that a non-related molestation victim of Josh Duggar has come forward and might be filing a civil lawsuit. The new revelation is related to the recent admission of Josh Duggar on the molesting five girls who were underage more or less ten years ago.

Based on the report, the church elders who covered up the molestation incident would also face the civil action. The anonymous victim has the right to press charges under the Arkansas Code Annotated Section 16-56-130. It was also revealed in the report that the victim experienced distress when she had to recall the awful incident. According to the victim, she is very hurt that the Duggar family lessened the turmoil that the event had caused her.

Jim and Michelle Duggar, Josh's parents, are currently under investigation by the Department of Human Services. If the lawsuit materializes, and with the expiration of the Fifth Amendment, his parents are compelled to testify about the molestation incident and are obliged to answer any queries about the details of the incident.

In addition, Julie Anne also emphasizes that the State of Arkansas implements a law that permits the filing of a civil lawsuit. The victim is allowed to file even after the expiry of Statute of Limitations, which is three years, regardless of how many years have passed.

ET online shows an entire timeline in its article of the alleged events taken from In Touch Magazine. Events started from 2002 ending with the May 27, 2015 interview of Joseph Hutchens. Hutchens, a former state trooper, was the one that gave a "very stern talk" to Josh back in 2003 about what the latter did. He continues to regret the actions that he made and said that if he had the opportunity to go back in time he would have informed Josh that he would call the hotline and contact the trooper assigned in such cases and make a full report. Joseph Hutchens gave the interview from prison serving a 56 year term for child pornography charges.

Josh Duggar's possible facing of a civil case from his non-family victim will surely be under public scrutiny because of his popularity.  People will surely want to see how the law will be imposed and executed in such a case where the Duggar family's' lives have been an "open book" all these years.
