With the yearly release of a Nexus phone from Google, rumors and speculations for the new nexus phone this year is on the hype.

One thing is certain, the Chinese tech giant, Huawei is the manufacturing partner of Google for the Google Nexus 5 2015 as confirmed by IBT.

But if there would be a new Nexus Phone this year, how would it compare to its predecessor the Nexus 6? With the speculations around the internet, the Google Nexus 5 2015 will be packed with features which are the improve version of Google's current flagship.

Display

One important factor that consumers look for a smartphone is the display. It is said that the new Google Nexus 5 2015 will have a 5.3-in OLED screen and a resolution of 1440 x 2560 while the current nexus 6 has a massive 5.9 - inch display.

Processor

Aside from display, another critical factor for a smartphone is its ability to handle processes smoothly without lags. And this depends on its processor. The new Google Nexus 5 2015, being the latest, will have a much faster performance with the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chipset compared to the Nexus 6'sQualcomm Snapdragon 805.

Battery

Will the new Google Nexus 5 2015 last longer? Probably. But it is rumored to have a 3000 mAh battery as compared to the 3200 mAh battery of the Nexus 6. However, battery life depends on the usage. Yet, it is worth noting that the new Google Nexus 5 2015 will include a USB type C which will provide a faster charging time.

A feature in a smartphone that is somewhat important as the smartphone itself is the camera. Rumor has it that the New google Nexus 5 2015 will have a more powerful 16 MP rear-facing camera and sporting an 8MP selfie camera as compared to Nexus 6's 13 MP rear and 2 MP front camera.

Features

To top with the features of the current flagship, the new Google Nexus 5 2015 will include a fingerprint sensor. And just like the previous Nexus, the new Nexus will have variants according to capacity and will be expandable up to 128 Gb through microSD.

Price

When it comes to price, with mere speculations for the upcoming Nexus 5 2015, all we have is also a mere estimate of below $500. Nexus 6 was released with price starting $649 which was a bit of a drawback.

With the new Google Nexus 5 2015 coming this October or November, all there is to do is sit and wait.
