Redknee Completes Buyout of Nokia Siemens Networks' BSS Unit

Redknee announced that it has completed its deal to acquire the Business Support Systems business unit of Nokia Siemens Networks, marking a significant milestone in the company's long-term strategy for growth.

The acquisition increases the market share of Redknee to include more than 200 customers across 90 nations. This also adds the long-term relationships with multiple Tier-1 operators around the world.

Following the completion of the acquisition, Redknee is set to the most comprehensive portfolio of scalable and converged billing, customer care, charging and payment solutions for mobile network operators.

The expanded global organization of Redknee of more than 1,600 employees is expected to result in further innovation in its software-as-a-service offerings.

Redknee providers business-critical monetization and subscriber management software for communications service providers.
