Specs of Motorola's Moto X 3^rd Gen 2015 Android phone is said to have leaked out from a retailer's website quite recently.  News of the handset's features and specifications spread like wildfire on the internet creating a buzz among tech gadget reviewers and interested buyers.

Amidst the controversy, talks of whether or not it would surpass or at least be at par with other leading mobile phone manufacturers like Samsung, HTC and Sony who had already reported their flagships for this year, started to pop out across discussion boards, tweets and online news reports across the globe.

In the meantime, Motorola has not yet given an official statement on the release date of Moto X 3^rd Gen 2015 but various online reports have mentioned that the Smartphone might already be available by August to October of this year.

Trending news and tech sites have also reported some details on its specifications. Rumor has it that the Moto X comes with a powerful microprocessor chipset, a hexa-core Snapdragon 808 SoC, and is said to run on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop along with a 4GB RAM capacity. It is said to boast of a 5.2 inch AMOLED screen (2560X1440) in QHD resolution with an option for a 32GB or 64GB built-in memory.

Additional site sources claim that the said phone also comes with a 16-megapixel rear camera and a 5MP shooter cam on the front as well.

In other related reports, news concerning Motorola's Moto X 3^rd Gen 2015 list price leakage incident caused an enormous blunder on the internet.

This happened when "Flipkart", an India-based e-commerce site, had posted the list price and phone specs information on their website by accident.  The webpage however was removed shortly after that incident. The e-commerce site is said to be an exclusive retailer and distributor of Motorola.

The said incident might have done them good than misdemeanor since news of the incident gave their e-commerce site millions of hits instantaneously, putting the said site as well as Motorola's Moto X 3^rd Gen 2015 handset on a marketing advantage to cellphone buyers worldwide.
