It seems like "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2" lands another major villain every week. Bebop and Rocksteady were confirmed for the film quite a while ago (Gary Anthony Williams will be portraying the warthog Bebop). Krang was rumored for a major villain role. Shredder was confirmed to return, and will be played be Brian Tee in next summers Ninja Turtles sequel. How can one movie fit all these villains in?

On the original animated series, Krang and Shredder were actually partners- Krang needed a powerful robot body, and Shredder gave him one in return for the use of a high-tech base called the Technodrome. As well, it's already been rumored that TMNT 2 has shot scenes of Krang's arrival on Earth- and he's arriving with a fully loaded army of followers. However, the first Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles reboot ended with a major tease for Shredder in the sequel- in the final moments of the film, his body is infused with the mutant-turtle-creating serum and it's implied that Shredder is coming back to life, bigger and nastier than ever.

Which character will be the main villain? Will Krang and Shredder team up like before, or will the two TMNT heavyweights battle it out for the role of lead villain? Either way, Bebop and Rocksteady are surely playing second fiddle to whomever the real big bad is (same with Baxter Stockman, who's also set to appear in the film and will be played by Tyler Perry).

Stephen Amell is another new addition to the film- he'll be playing the hockey-masked vigilante Casey Jones. Laura Linney has also been cast in an unknown role. Returning from the last Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film are Alan Ritchson as Raphael, Johnny Knoxville as Leonardo, Noel Fisher as Michelangelo and Jeremy Howard as Donatello. Megan Fox and Will Arnett will also return as April O'Neil and Vernon Fenwick.

"Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2" cowabungas into theaters on June 3, 2016.
