Rockstar Games has nothing to slate as of the moment. Thus, the slate is open for new game title to launch for this year apart from the recently released GTA V Online Heists and all its patches. With that, Red Dead Redemption 2 and GTA 6 were rumored as options for their top priority.

What the reports mean about Rockstar's top priority is either of these two mentioned games to develop first and to focus for the meantime while letting the other title to wait for next year's release. From the recent reports posted, they seemed to highlight Red Dead Redemption 2 and GTA 6 as the two options for the game developer for its launching.

Though a lot of hoax articles are out online regarding the possible release dates for these two big amazing titles, many of their fans have no idea to which Rockstar Games would develop first. But there are some "educated guesses" made by some fans.

They said that the game developer is not in a rush to make the entire game design for Red Dead Redemption 2. This was revealed by one of the fans who have access to some information leaked from the developing team.

The statement also added that not because they are not in a rush, it does not mean they will not be publishing Red Dead Redemption sequel at all.

This was not the same for GTA 6, on the other hand. Based from some sources, they hinted that the next set of the Heist missions will be in mid- 2017and 2018. That affirmation sounded terrific for the fans after hearing this good news.

Even the gameplay as well as the entire game mechanics were detailed for the GTA 6 compared to the vague Red Dead Redemption 2 because there were only few details revealed by the game developer about it.Albeit its unclear developments reported, Rockstar Games made sure that they will produce the best games for their avid gamers.
