It is official. Dragon Ball Xenoverse DLC pack 2 is releasing next week, April 8, across all platforms with tons of exciting add-ons of new legendary DBZ characters, cool costumes, and lots more. Dragon Ball Z: Revival of F movie debuting in US April 11 will be featured in the game's DLC 3.

With Bandai Namco officially confirming April 8 release in Japan, North America and Europe is most likely going to receive the second expansion not far behind. That includes PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC platforms.

Some of the known content features four new characters (Eis Shenron, Mira, Nova Shenron, and Towa), three Time Patrol Quests, 2 Parallel Quests, six new Z-Souls, 24 new special moves, extra costumes (Pan, Gogeta, Super 17, Mira, Towa), and GT Pan as a Master.

Unfortunately, there has also been some official bad newsThere will be a six-hour server maintenance that will increase the level cap for created characters. After the wait, then the characters will be able to reach a max level of 85 which in turn means a 15-attribute point reward.

Exact time and date for the downtime is 7-April-2015 08:00-14:00 Central European Time, and 6-April-2015 13:00-17:00 US PDT.

On the heels of these official anouncements come some rumors regarding the game's DLC 3 (which is a surprise, since speculation has been around since earlier this week -- Shuiesha's Weekly Shonen Jump Magazine apparently got the jump on this one).

Game enthusiasts haven't gotten Dragon Ball Xenoverse DLC 2 and yet can already look forward for more from the DLC 3 that features the highly anticipated Dragon Ball Z: Revial of F movie.

It appears that Golden Frieza from the upcoming April 11 movie premiere of Dragon Ball Z: Revival of F is included in the DLC 3. How he becomes revived and ends up a "golden" being will be revealed in the movie, which by the way, is at the Egyptian Theater in Los Angeles, CA. It will have a regular showing sometime in June or July.

Some other possible DLC 3 pack contents include Jaco (the Galactic Patrolman), five new parallel quests, thirteen new special moves, a new costume for Gohan, and three new Z-Souls.

Until something official from Bandai Namco comes out regarding DLC 3, fans can enjoy next week's Dragon Ball Xenoverse DLC 2 in the meantime not to mention the immensely popular release of Dragon Ball Z: Revival of F movie set to debut in US on April 11.
