The long wait is over and voices will start battling out to win our hearts in the upcoming The Voice Season 8. Auditions starts at the city that never sleeps, New York City, this coming January 24 & 25, 2015.

The group will later on travel to Los Angeles on January 31 and on February 1. Next stop is on Atlanta Georgia on Valentine's day and on February 15 and then finally on Chicago on February 21 and 22. Fans will definitely see more of Adam Levine, Pharrell Williams and Blake Shelton as the new season of this franchise kicks this coming spring.

Season 8 is just about to go on the road but is already starting to create noise with Blake Shelton's proud confession of being drunk while filming the show. He tweeted, "Just spent 2 days filming the Voice season 8...Drunk", last January 18. Fellow coach, Adam Levine, is holding a cup on his hand during the shoot but reveals that the only thing in it is coffee. Blake on the other hand admits that he drinks vodka during the show and doesn't care if the fans like it or not. How about Pharrel? Wondering what's inside his cup as well? Blake is also tapped to host SNL this January according to Yahoo News. Is this is last season on The Voice?

Gwen Stefani's new candy-cane do will not grace the show this season because the diva, Christina Aguilera, is back. After two seasons of not being in the show, she's up and ready to share her insights and advices as coach to this aspiring singers. Will her return stir something inside Blake making him drop the alcohol or are fans looking forward to a less sober Blake this season?

Fans will definitely see duos, groups, solo artists and total performers are about to battle it out again and fight for that coveted The Voice crown this February.
