Johnny Depp and Amber Heard is facing another wedge to their supposed December nuptials as Depp's ex-partner, Vanessa Paradis allegedly wants a prenup setup between the two to protect the interests of her children. Reports say Heard is not too keen on the idea.

According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, citing the print edition of Globe Magazine, Depp and Heard are supposed to get married in December without any prenup in place. Depp is allegedly secure about the relationship that such a thing is not necessary, but Paradis disagrees. Paradis is the mother of Depp's two children and she wants the prenuptial agreement in place to protect Lily-Rose and Jack, says the article.

"She totally freaked out because there is $350 million at stake and she want to be sure that their two children get a fair inheritance," Celebrity Dirty Laundry reported. Also from the article: "If Johnny and Amber have children and no prenup is in place, then Vanessa fears that the young starlet will try to cash in on the off chance that the marriage doesn't work out."

Apparently Depp still values Paradis' opinion and the actor shared the concern with Heard, who allegedly "flipped out" and said that Paradis should not involve herself in their decisions.

If Depp has not started doubting Heard's intentions yet, he might start now. It would be another problem the two has to iron out for the December wedding to happen.

Initially, KpopStarz reports that Depp allegedly had insecurities because of their age difference and Heard's chemistry with James Franco. Furthermore, Heard being considered by Mail Online as "one of the Hollywood's most beautiful stars" does not help appease his mind.

Heard was seen in the Calvin Klein perfume launch looking gorgeous, says Mail Online. Heard attended the event sans Depp, but the two have been seen together at the GQ Men of the Year Awards in London, says another Mail Online article. The 51-year-old actor and the 28-year-old star were seen holding hands and wearing matching black clothes for the event, giving the impression that everything is okay between them despite the rumors.
