Rumors about Ellen DeGeneres and her wife Portia de Rossi's impending divorce have been recently deflated thanks to the couple's latest, expensive real estate purchase. According to RadarOnline, the couple has dropped a huge load of of money for a swanky condo in Beverly Hills.

A source told the gossip site,"Ellen and Portia just purchased an entire floor of a luxury building in Beverly Hills. It is very centrally located, right in the heart of everything that they do in Hollywood. They still have the land and the space they love in Santa Barbara, but this spot offers the convenience that they need."

Based on real estate listing site Trulia, the condo also comes in with  full service concierge, 24-hour staff, a fitness center and pool, and has several amazing views.

Rumors of the married couple in the verge of a divorce has been circulating a lot lately, no thanks to Randy Jernigan's new tell-all book. According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, Jernigan claimed that their marriage has been "tumultuous" from the beginning.

"Ellen tries to keep Portia to herself...She's afraid of losing her to a younger woman, so she won't allow Portia much of a social life," Jernigan purportedly said in a magazine interview.

The book also claims that Ellen has battled depression and mood swings in the past, which has led her to become an extreme control freak to Portia and those close to her. Not only that, but the talk show host allegedly drinks whenever she feels pressured or upset over her marriage or career, while her wife deals with the issues by also drinking and taking pills, which could have been the cause of her rehab stint.

The source told RadarOnline that Ellen is very supportive to her wife and have no intentions of leaving her, especially now that they just bought a new condo. It could be recalled that the two had purchased a home in Los Angeles somewhere in the $39 million range back in January. The two had flipped, or made improvements to the house and subsequently sold it for $49.5 million, according to Trulia.

The money-making joint venture and de Rossi's impending return to television has somewhat erased notions that the two have marital troubles. Last month, Ellen tweeted a message about her wife's latest gig, which read, "So annoying when people brag on twitter & that's why I'm not tweeting that Portia just signed on to do a top secret arc on Scandal. Oops."
