Legal action may be taken against Lauren Sanchez, Jeff Bezos' fiancée, following allegations made by her former private yoga instructor.

The instructor claims that Sanchez copied her ideas for her debut children's book, despite Sanchez previously expressing interest in collaborating.

Former-Yoga Instructor Accuses Lauren Sanchez of Stealing Her Ideas

Lauren Sanchez, 54, who has been recently involved in a dispute with Keith McNally, has received two cease and desist letters from Alanna Zabel.

Zabel alleges that the concept of her book, Dharma Kitty Goes to Mars, was taken by this person for their own story, 'The Fly Who Flew To Space.'

In an exclusive interview with DailyMail.com, Zabel claimed that she had been in contact with the couple for several months in 2022, sharing information about her self-published book.  Her hope was to collaborate with the Bezos Earth Fund along with Bezos Academy.

Prior to any allegations of copyright infringement, Zabel had served as a personal yoga instructor for Sanchez from 2007 to 2010, regularly conducting training sessions at her residences.

During that period, Zabel developed a strong bond with Sanchez's close group of friends, and there were discussions about Alanna assisting Lauren in writing children's books.

Zabel admitted that Sánchez failed to respond to her emails or Instagram messages about the book proposal. However, she stated that the office of the Amazon CEO provided her with links to explore business opportunities with the company.

In accordance with a report from the Daily Mail, Zabel took action by sending a cease-and-desist letter to Sánchez's lawyer on March 25.  Additionally, a second notice was sent to the mother of three and her book's publisher, The Collective Book Studio, on April 4.

Zabel is reportedly getting ready to submit an official complaint for copyright infringement by the end of this month, awaiting a response from the former news anchor.
