Vice President Kamala Harris recently had a discreet lunch meeting with JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon at the White House, according to reports from the NY Post.

The White House lunch meeting between Jamie Dimon and Vice President Kamala Harris made noise due to previous controversies surrounding Dimon's remarks about former President Trump's policies. 

The meeting, which was not publicly announced on Harris's schedule, occurred while Dimon met with other government officials, such as White House Chief of Staff Jeff Zients and federal regulators.

In a speech at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, Jamie Dimon, the CEO of JPMorgan Chase, praised several policies of former President Trump, which stirred controversy. 

According to The Guardian, he suggested that Trump was "kind of right" about certain issues like NATO, immigration, economic growth, tax reform, and China. However, critics argue that Dimon's remarks overlook the negative impacts and controversies surrounding Trump's presidency.
