Finland is considered to be the happiest country in the world. Now, it wants to offer a free happiness masterclass to those who are interested in learning how to achieve happiness.

In 2023, the Finnish government already conducted a successful masterclass on happiness. Now, they want to do it again with the help of the nation's tourism sector.

Finland's Free Happiness Masterclass

According to CNBC's latest report, the new free happiness masterclass of Finland will be hosted by Visit Finland and Helsinki Partners.

They will welcome a new group of people who want to learn the secrets of Finnish people when it comes to achieving happiness. The masterclass will have three "Happiness Hackers."

They'll be the ones sharing the secret ways of Finland to achieve happiness, which participants can apply to their daily lives. The free happiness masterclass will focus on four key themes:

  • Nature and lifestyle
  • Health and balance
  • Design and everyday
  • Food and well-being

What Finland Happiness Masterclass Participants Can Expect

NBC Philadelphia reported that participants can expect various activities. These include taking a walk through a forest and going wild swimming.

If you're interested in joining Finland's free happiness masterclass, you need to complete a social media challenge. After that, you must fill out a sign-up form on the masterclass' official page.

In the online challenge, you need to explain your own happiness hack and elaborate on why you should be chosen to visit Helsinki this coming summer.

Business Finland International Marketing Senior Director Heli Jimenez explained why Finland is the happiest country in the world.

"Finnish happiness boils down to the simple things in life: connecting with nature, caring for one's mind and body, and appreciating design and art around us," she said.
