Jim Carey is currently facing another lawsuit filed by his late ex-girlfriend and make up artist Cathriona White. Last month, the 54 year old actor faced off claims which was made by Cathriona's estranged husband Mark Burton that he was supplying Cathriona with drugs-as reason why she decided to finish her life.

Now, another lawsuit was filed by her mother, Brigid Sweetman, against the actor claiming that her daughter took her own life after she realized that the actor had given her several STD's. And also, according to Brigid, Jim shamed Cathriona by calling a wh**e and threatened her in keeping silent.

Lawsuit states that in 2013, Cathriona learned from her doctor that she had contracted two different types of herpes as well chlamydia. The suit also claims that Cathriona struggled emotionally before she overdose herself on Ambien, Propranolol and Percocet.

However, because of the said claim, TMZ also reported Marty Singer-the lawyer of the actor has branded the lawsuit that was filed as "a sham" as he claims that Cathriona and her mother has been estranged for many years now. Marty  also claimed that Cathriona was forced to move out of her home when she was just 15 years old because of the way her mother treated her.

Jim Carrey's lawyer said that Cathriona's, Brigid Sweetman, is directing her grief and anger over the loss of her daughter towards the actor but branded her actions as another attempt to capitalize on her death.

In addition to this, White was found a note according to her autopsy. The said note was actually for the actor that states "Please forgive me, I'm just not for this world"

White was found dead last September 24, 2015 surrounded by four prescription medication which was not under her name and that Jim said that the medications was taken from his without his consent and he was not aware of anything.
