London-based low-cost airline carrier, EasyJet is expected to post its highest annual profit to date next week as analysts estimated that increasing customers over the year will contribute greatly to the company. 

Analysts estimated that EasyJet will report an annual profit of £700 million during the company quarter report.

According to This Is Money, estimation was done based on the increasing numbers of British citizens travelling abroad to escape the hotter than usual weather in Britain.

However, analysts also said that caution needs to be applied by investors as the company's recent problem with the Sharm el-Sheikh might affect its customers in Paris.

Previously, EasyJet reported an increase of 9.4 percent in the number of passengers that travelled using the airline carrier in July compared to the same month on 2014.

The increase saw 7 million passengers transported by the company during the month alone and another 7.1 million passengers in August, as reported by The Telegraph.

The Sharm el-Sheikh crisis took the company by storm. The firm has yet to release an official statement regarding the impact of the incident to its bottomline.

Metrojet 9268 was flying from Egyptian resort to St Petersburg when it went missing and the plane was suspected to be hijacked by terrorists.

Due to the incident, around 4,500 of EasyJet customers are left stranded in Egyptian resort as British officials secure the airport and tightened the security.

EasyJet was forced to pay the hotel bills and other expenses such as food for its customers until all of them were flown back to British on a special flight.

The Sir Stelios Haji-loannou budget airlines company not only suffers financially due to the amount of bills needed to be paid but also a loss in future sales as demand to the resort decreases tremendously.

In 2014, EasyJet reported higher than expected pre-tax profit of £581 million as the company lead by Carolyn McCall managed to secure more lucrative route for its customers.

Express reported that some of its most popular holiday route is to Malaga, Alicante, Faro and Palma.

Wyn Elis, an analyst from Numis, is optimistic that the company will announce its fifth consecutive high profit next week. "With fuel prices continuing to be low and, generally, improving economic growth trends across Europe, we believe that the outlook continues to be positive", Elis explained.

The company also had recorded its highest rate of passengers this year as its load factor data, which measure the amount of passenger in each flight shows that the company hit a load factor of 94.4 percent this year.
