Showrunner I. Marlene King of "Pretty Little Liars" posted a tweet on Twitter which made fans speculate that the show will be ending after season 6. It has also been reported that a major character will be killed off in the show's upcoming episodes.

In a report by Melty, the tweet posted by King reads: "It's been a long ride. Soon to be 7 years. We all deserve a happy ending. But the road still needs travelled." Fans are asking what will be happening next as the show will be having a five-year time jump. The girls from Rosewood were seen living their lives after they left the area in a teaser trailer and fans are speculating that this might be the end of the much-loved show.

However, there have been no confirmations yet if Season 6 is indeed the last of "Pretty Little Liars." More on the time jump, it was seen that Spencer is single and that Hanna is engaged to a mystery man. It has also been reported that fans should expect a new baddie since A, or Charlotte DiLaurentis, is no longer a threat to the girls.

In a report by Design & Trend, there will be reportedly a death of one major character on "Pretty Little Liars" Season 6B. It is possible that amongst CeCe, Mona, Sara and Melissa will be killed in the show's upcoming episodes.

More on Spencer, Latinos Post shared that it is possible that she will be hooking up with Hanna's ex, Caleb. Troian Bellisario, the actress playing the role of Spencer, shared in a recent interview about "Pretty Little Liars" Season 6B, "It's so funny because when we were talking about taking the characters five years forward, everyone wanted a really, really new look. I thought, actually, that I would not be affecting the character's look so much. I was like, 'I'm not going to dye my hair a color.' Lucy went lighter, Ashley went longer and Shay kind of stayed the same. For me, I wasn't going to dye my hair a crazy color, because Spencer wouldn't, but she's very classic, so I thought maybe bangs."

"Pretty Little Liars" is reported to end after Season 6. The upcoming episodes will be showing the girls five years from when they were last seen. The show premieres on ABC on January 12, 2016.
