Recently, a new flip smartphone from Samsung is surfacing online. The rumored Galaxy Golden 3 has previously showed up in GFXBench benchmarks and now it has been reportedly certified by TENAA.

The Samsung SM-W2016 in the listing is predicted to be the Galaxy Golden 3. It sports 3.9-inch screens, both internally and externally as per TENAA. However, a discrepancy on the screen size is spotted, since GFXBench measures the screens at 4.6 inches.

Either way, it is expected to feature a 768 by 1280 pixels resolution and a 64GB of non-expandable internal storage. Under the hood, it will be powered by an octa-core CPU clocked at 2.1GHz and 3GB of RAM.

Camera wise, the Samsung flip phone will boast a 16-megapixel primary shooter with face detection, touch focus, LED-flash, and autofocus alongside a 5-megapixel front snapper for full HD video calls, chats, and selfies. It will also run on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop operating system out of the box.

Since the Samsung Galaxy Golden 3 is a flip smartphone, it is normally much thicker model as compared to the usual handset. It is 15.1mm thick and weighs 204 grams. In contrast to the original Samsung Galaxy Golden, it is measured at 15.8mm thickness, weighs 179 grams, and was released in November 2013.

The South Korean tech company has yet to formally announce this rumored flip phone. The Galaxy Golden 3 is still unconfirmed as of the moment. Thus, it is still best to wait for the official announcements from Samsung.

Nonetheless, Samsung is gearing up for its forthcoming flip smartphone. The Galaxy Golden 3 will soon be launched; hence, everyone should stay up-to-date regarding the matter. Though it might seem a bit old school, definitely this one will be powerful and innovative. All Samsung users and spectators will absolutely be delighted once they get to see another groundbreaking invention from the company.
