Recently, Farrah Abraham made the news as she proudly presented her third surgery for breast implantation and now, she has made the news again. The star recently got back together with her ex-boyfriend, Simon Saran.

Not too long ago that Teen Mom OG star Farrah Abraham posted about her surgery for breast implants. Now, she has been reported to be back together with her ex-boyfriend, Simon Saran. The two were spotted getting cozy over the Halloween weekend, according to In Touch Weekly. They have not confirmed it yet but their pictures certainly proved that they have gotten back together already. They didn't have to say anything; the pictures were already worth a thousand words. The two allegedly broke up then as they allegedly wanted different things, with Farrah wanting Simon to be more serious about their relationship.

Farrah and Simon broke up last June, after dating for only less than a year. Since their last breakup, the two however have been spotted together during several occasions already. These have sparked the rumours that they have reconciled. Also, Simon hasn't stopped showing his support to Farrah on his social media account even after the breakup, as reported by Design and Trend. As a matter of fact, Saran was also present during Farrah's recent breast augmentation, he stayed by her side all throughout the procedure and even accompanied her home.

According to US Magazine, their reconciliation has been confirmed as they were photographed kissing while dressed as the Beauty and The Beast during a Halloween party held last October 29. In addition to this, Simon has already hinted out their followers as he started posting photos of them in August. Simon already posted a photo of them last October 25, and they were spotted in Beverly Hills before they attended the Halloween party.

The couple are definitely giving themselves a second chance to work on their relationship. It comes to no surprise however as they have stayed close even during the breakup.
