Doctor Strange is a much-anticipated Marvel film (the same can be said for every Marvel film, ever, at this point), but one thing the fans are very curious about is what Stephen Strange will look like when played by famed British actor Benedict Cumberbatch. And according to the latest rumors, we'll find out before the end of the year.

These rumors claim that Marvel will unveil the first poster to Doctor Strange before the final quarter of 2015. That's still several months from now, but Doctor Strange doesn't release until November of 2016, so there's still far more time after that. International Business Times has a scoop with several fan-made posters that give options for when Cumberbatch becomes Doctor Strange. One shows him with the classic look- pointed robe, perfec clothes, perfect hair, neatly trimmed goatee- but the other shows him looking a little more disheveled and modern.

As well, Cumberbatch has recently revealed that he is working out extensively with a personal trainer to attain the physique required of any Marvel superhero. According to a "film insider" very close with the Doctor Strange production, "Dr Strange was always muscly in the cartoons so Benedict has to look the part when they start filming in the autumn."

"Skinny Sherlock Holmes will be the last thing anyone thinks about," the source later added.

Cumberbatch was first cast as a new Marvel hero last fall, and since then he has been rumored to become the new flagship hero of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, now that Tony Stark, Captain America and Thor are starting to get older (the actors are, anyway) and a new breed of superhero may come in and fill in. Presumably, Doctor Strange will factor into other future Marvel films- most likely, Avengers: Infinity War.

Doctor Strange premieres in theaters on November 4, 2016.
