Last month, the "Guardians of the Galaxy 2" director has stated that there would be a rare chance of seeing an ambiguous alien race commonly known as Sneepers in the comics. Recently, the update told otherwise.

According to James Gunn's post on his official Facebook account, Marvel legal department has first suggested to not use a Sneeper in the "Guardians of the Galaxy" movie due to the meaning of the word in Icelandic. However, the change of mind happened when the incursion of articles regarding the Sneeper's embargo has emerged online. He reiterated that at least one of the alien races will be appearing in the movie.

On a live Q and A on the social media, Gunn answered questions asked by random fans. Although he did not reveal further details, Entertainment Weekly noted that he has added one major character, the new film will be seen with a different color palette, and that he was the one who chose the soundtrack for the movie. When he was asked about the Guardians and Avengers' crossover, he concluded the topic saying that the idea of mixing and matching is boring.

Moreover, MTV reported that Dave Bautista has revealed some details on what to expect on his character as Drax in the "Guardians of the Galaxy 2".

"I put in my two cents with Marvel because I thought Drax needed a few more tattoos," he said. "I had some specific ideas, but what they want to do with Drax at the end of the day is up to the Powers That Be. But we are coming back, and there is going to be a lot more Drax."

At the same time, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson (Fast and Furious) has been confirmed to be joining as Black Adam. Sources also say that Benicio Del Toro will be returning as Taneleer Tiyan, The Collector. But, this is yet to be confirmed.

Since the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is scheduled for a May 5, 2017 release, the production will start filming in Atlanta on February. Is it a good idea to include the Sneepers in the upcoming Marvel movie?
