Despite being the girlfriend of famous singer Joe Jonas, 20-year-old model Gigi Hadid has been making a name for herself at last week's New York Fashion Week. The blonde bombshell took to the catwalk in various outfits for different designers showing that she knows how to strut on the runway.

According to Daily Mail UK, Gigi Hadid has been wowing the New York Fashion Week audience as she recently modelled for various designers during the much awaited famous fashion week. The 20-year-old blonde went up against various famous models as she strutted down the catwalk showing off amazing outfits and designs.  

Despite her young age, Gigi has been making a name for herself in the modelling and fashion industry. After having to wear a huge blonde wig last Tuesday at the Moynihan Station where she modelled Jeremy Scott's designs, the blonde bombshell was cheered on by famous celebrities such as Rita Ora, Tyga, Nicky Hilton, Michelle Rodriguez and Kat Graham.

In another report from US Magazine, the day before Gigi took to the stage in her bright blonde wig, the model was stripped down to a teeny bikini where she faced off her sister, Bella Hadid in a board style stage complete with water. Both sister modelled Tommy Hilfiger's line of swimsuits at day five of the New York Fashion Week where they held hands during their finale walk.

According to ET Online, alongside best friend and fellow model Kendall Jenner, Gigi has been storming her instagram followers with different cute pictures of what she's been up to, and what goes on behind the scenes of the New York Fashion Week.

The 20-year-old has become the second most favourite and liked model of the famous event on instagram. With followers pouring in their approval of Gigi's cheeky snaps of the event, Joe Jonas's girl follows after best friend Kendall Jenner that's grabbed the number one spot on the social media site.

With the Fashion Week continuing throughout September in different countries, one may not be surprised if Gigi Hadid pops up again in another country for a different designer. After the success of her first few days for September 2015 Spring and Summer 2016's fashion week, fans of the young model can be assured that this won't be the last time they see their favourite model strut down the catwalk.
