This year, consumer electronics giant Sony has only released Xperia Z3 but the rumors are strong that they will release two outstanding smartphones before the year ends. TO add fuel to the fire, Sony will be releasing Xperia S60 and 70 which experts and consumers believe is the much anticipated Xperia Z5 and Z5 Compact. But regardless of the name, the about to be released smartphones looks promising and ready to take the world. 

TechRadar said that there was a feed that Sony is gearing up to formally launch their upcoming Xperia S60 and Xperia S70. To add, there were also reports saying that these are Sony's Xperia Z5 and Xperia Z5 Compact. According to the tech website, the S60 will come in black and white and yellow while the S70 will come in black, gold and green. The report also suggests that the price for the two high-end smartphones is in between $800 to $900 per unit.

Also, TrustedReviews mirrored TechRadar's report that the S60 and S70 might be the much anticipated Xperia Z5 and Xperia Z5 Compact. The website also mentioned that Sony might release the Xperia Z5 and Xperia Z5 Compact or the Xperia S60 and Xperia S70 on the upcoming IFA 2015. Other than the rumored release date and the possibility of the change in names, details and specs of the phone is very scarce.

Sony, unlike their competitors, do practice the six monthly development cycle in order to develop a product that will perform extremely well to avoid any defects or rework, which only means additional cost, Knowyourmobile said. Among the three tech website, Knowyourmobile was the only one who has provided their forecast on what to expect on the Xperia Z5.

They claim that based on the information they have gathered, the phone will be packed with a Qualcomm next-gen Snapdragon 820 processor with 4GB RAM. A massive 4,500mAh battery is also reported to power the device. Knowyourmobile also said that it will feature a fingerprint scanner.

To add, since Sony is well known to create one of the best cameras, either the real thing or phone camera, the Xperia Z5 is also rumored to be equipped Sony's newest camera technology, the Sony Exmor RS 21MP IMX230 CMOS. This device is rumored to capture 4K video in HDR.

Aside from Knowyourmobile's predictions and speculations, no other tech review websites has released any information about the details of the Xperia Z5. Nonetheless, since Sony took a considerable amount of time in developing this device, the device is expected to outperform its competitors when it hits the market.
