"Frozen" by Disney surpassed the highest grossing animated film "The Lion King" when it was released in 2013 and it might be the case again for the sequel of the film, which is "Frozen 2." The director of the animated film, Chris Buck, shared that the ending for the sequel has already been set and dubbed it as terrific.

"Frozen 2" will still feature the main characters of the film such as Queen Elsa, her sister Princess Anna, the snowman Olaf, Kristoff and Sven. The plot of the second movie is said to be quite the same as "Ozma of Oz" but fans are also interested on the love interest of Queen Elsa.

Many fans are pushing Olaf to be the love interest of Queen Elsa since he embodied true love and selflessness in the first film. However, there should be a plot twist or at least a twist in Olaf's character if he indeed becomes Queen Elsa's love interest for the sequel. Another leading man for the queen with the cold heart is said to be Prince Hans since he is rumored to return for the sequel in order to redeem himself from the evil plan he took part of during the first part of the animated film.

As for the progress of the film, director Chris Buck shared that the ending has been nailed but they are still figuring out how to start the sequel. The Oscar-winning animator and director admitted in an interview that they are still figuring a lot of things for the sequel in order to live up to the expectations of the fans.

Also, the plot of the upcoming "Frozen 2" will see Queen Elsa and Princess Anna battle an evil king alongside with their friends. The identity of the new villain in the upcoming sequel is yet to be revealed and Disney has not made any official confirmation with regard to the plot.

"Frozen 2" will be hitting the theatres sometime in 2018. Who do you think should Queen Elsa's love interest be? Hit the comments and let us know what you think!
