Apple will definitely push through with the long awaited next gen iPod Touch. The iPod Touch 6th Gen will be coming to our hands this fall. Apple will not give up in giving another shot at the classic iDevice, thus a revamped iPod Touch should be expected complete with iPhone features.

At the time when the iPod Touch 5 was released, many critics had concluded that it will be the last of the classic iDevice which will make its way to the market. Mainly, it was due to the disappointment that fans had experienced with the iPod Touch. Apple's famed media device apparently hosted lesser features and was received calmly by music enthusiasts.

Though it would seem that the iPod sales have been dropping, the Cupertino based company had taken the risk in releasing a revamped iPod Touch 6th generation model. Apple had taken the path of combining the features of the iPhone 6s to the upcoming iPod. A report had suggested that Apple might be faced with a dilemma as it releases the media device. The company might not be able to hold a separate Media event for the iPod alone, thus the company has to up their promotion strategy through a press release.

The 6th Generation iPod Touch is said to be water resistant and incorporate the popular voice command feature, Siri. The iPod Touch 6 will run with the latest iOS9 and powered by an A9 microprocessor. The famed media device works with a 1 GB RAM and an expandable memory via micro SD up to 128 GB.

The iPod 6G is said to come in two variants - the 4.7 inch and 5.5 inch versions - both of which has a Retina display. It will also come in six color variants which are silver, pink, red, blue, space gray, and yellow.  The upcoming 6th generation iPod is also set to be compatible with the Apple Watch.

It would seem that Apple had taken its time well in thinking of feats to once again make a scene with the release of the iPod Touch 6th Gen this fall. Having the iPod 6G to inherit the features of iPhone 6, might possibly bring the spark back to the classic media device.
