Final Fantasy 15 Update: Release to be announced by Square Enix at E3 Press Conference next month? X / X-2 HD Remaster PS4 out May 12

Will Final Fantasy 15 release date be announced at E3 as Square Enix hosts press conference at the prestigious US event this June? It is no doubt that the this new title has been long awaited by the fans for nine years now but on the brighter side, it grabs the top spot on Famitsu's most wanted chart in its latest ranking. 

Gaming Bolt reported that the anticipated video game poll that is run Famitsu has indicated several changes in the overall rankings from  last week's rankingsFinal Fantasy 15 on PS4, Persona 5 PS4, and Bravely Second on 3DS and Persona 5 for PS took first, second and third place, respectively. 

Kingdom Hearts 3 is ranked 5th despite the fact of getting more votes this time around from past week's 451 votes to 470.The Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain also moved up up a notch higher from top 7 to 6.

In related news, Square Enix is bringing Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster to PS4.and 4Gamer shares a look at a PS4 theme that will also be included as a first-print bonus. 

The PS4 theme, called To Zanarkand, is based on the opening scene of Final Fantasy 10 whereTidus and the others can be seen by the camp fire. The theme uses in-game 3D CG models, hence, there's movement and the To Zanarkand track playing in the background. Some more screenshots of Final Fantasy X/X-2 Hd Remaster  provided by Square Enix:

Preorders for the game include a desktop calendar featuring artwork by Yoshitaka Amano.

Final Fantasy X / X-2 HD Remaster has some new features that were not made available in the original North American releases as both games are based on the International versions released only in Japan. These include a new Expert sphere grid, several gameplay tweaks and new optional boss battles against the Dark Aeons and the powerful Penance.

The announcement of Final Fantasy 15 release date is expected to be revealed by Square Enix at E3 next month. Final Fantasy X / X-2 HD Remaster, on the other hand, is now available in all regions on PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4. The PlayStation 4 version of the game will be released next week in all regions.
