Fans of The CW dramedy Hart of Dixie are still up in the air for any news of a possible Hart of Dixie Season 5. While there has been no official word as of now, fans of the series still remain hopeful. 

Actress Jamie King, who plays Lemon in the show admitted that Hart of Dixie was not faring well in the ratings. Even King was unsure of the show's future. 

"It's a tricky situation because it really isn't about ratings for us,"  said KIng. 

"It's not like a ratings issue it was more of a timing issue. Rachel Bilson got pregnant and wanted to take a maternity leave. Every woman has a right to do that. I think that everything has an impact on the ways things are decided upon. It's very interesting because our fans are so devoted," King continued. 

The series had recently concluded Hart of Dixie Season 4 and seemed to tie up all loose ends, with Zoe Hart ending up with Wade. However, fans of the show still believe that the show still has more stories to tell. Could the show go on without Rachel Bilson? 

The star of the series had recently given birth to a baby daughter, Briar Rose. It seems like the actress who plays Zoe Hart in the series seems to have retreated after Hart of Dixie wrapped up its fourth season. 

Bilson and her husband Hayden Christensenhave reportedly left Los Angeles and rumors are flying around that the actress has been avoiding the dreaded news of the show's cancellation. Will Bilson be quitting the series to focus on her baby daughter? Rachel was also rumored to have been depressed over news of the show's possible cancellation, but she is yet to comment on this issue. 

Even the actors of the show are unsure of Hart of Dixie's future as there hasn't been any word as of yet. 

"We're still waiting, we'll probably be waiting until May," said actor Scott Porter. "But I wish that they would just go ahead and let us know."
