A script is already available for "Prometheus 2" and just like the earlier movie, very little information and spoilers about the upcoming film are provided by 20th Century Fox.

Back in 2010 and 2011, 20th Century Fox kept mum about the plot and details of the movie. The suspense is definitely worth the wait because Prometheus was received with open arms by the public. Several websites were even created with the namesake of the movie to gather and provide information about the possible sequel for the box-office hit movie.

Fortunately, with the avid following of the movie, spoilers of the script of the upcoming movie are available and might actually be the authentic details about the movie.

Three main plot lines are rumored to be the storyline for the movie. One of the story lines will revolve around Shaw and David's mission to Paradise. The movie is also speculated to stay away from Shaw and David being on board the Juggernaut they have managed to escape in. Two other main plot lines will dominate the film.

A discovery that the Engineers are really not the creators is rumored to be revealed in the upcoming sequel. A higher intergalactic being is working behind the universe and the Engineers are actually servants of this entity.

Links between the LV-223 and LV-426 is also speculated to be revealed in the movie. This will provide answers to the Alien movie. This plot may actually be the plot Ridley and Blomkamp had to discuss to avoid conflicts between the two movie.

Two monsters are also rumored to be adding excitement to the movie. This is said to be different from the Xenomorph but will have connections with the specie. Conflicts and conspiracies are also about to be revealed in the upcoming film. It is reported that Project Prometheus was never the first mission to LV-223.

The 'Alien 5" movie and the "Prometheus 2" are sharing a universe and may seem to have adapting the current cinematic style of Marvel and DC. Neil Blomkamp's and Ridley Scott are reportedly are working hand in hand to create a unified setting that will not affect both films cinematically.

With a script ready for filming and a possible start of production this 2015 for the movie, a 2016 or 2017 release is expected for the extra-terrestrial movie "Prometheus2."
