Chris Soules's season of "The Bachelor" is already three episodes strong, but fan reaction is not good for the Iowa farmer-turned-lothario. In fact, it's downright awful. Soules is getting criticism for all kinds of "Bachelor" foibles- from his decision to kiss so many of the show's contestants so early on in the game (usually, "Bachelors" and "Bachelorettes" play it slow with the tonsil hockey), to his wedding crasher antics in the most recent episodes.

A piece in Inquisitr pointed one particular finger at Soules- that he's boring. They cite opinion from bloggers and folks on social media, all of whom think that watching Soules find love is about as interesting as watching him harvest corn.

You'll find a sampling of the responses below, all cultivated by the Inquistr piece.

"So we're watching The Bachelor from last night, and Chris is kind of boring? Like he just seems perpetually super uncomfortable?"

"Chris is the most boring bachelor EVER."

"This bachelor is so boring that they had to bring Jimmy Kimmel on the dates to hide the fact this man has no personality."

As well, a blogger claimed that watching Soules find love would be as "exciting as watching soybeans grow."

As well, The Stir is criticizing the show for the wedding crash in the most recent episode- which, apparently, was entirely faked.

The married couple who found Soules and contestant Whitney in the midst of their wedding later posted on Instagram about how the show had contacted them beforehand, and set up the entire thing months in advance.

And yes, reality shows do that all the time, but it still stings when something like that is revealed.

A piece in Jezebel also critizes the latest "Bachelor" for being "probably bad at sex." They indicate that he doesn't look like a very good kisser from his in-show kisses, that his dance skills are sub-par, and that while staring at his groin in shorts, they struggle to see the outline of his penis.

Some criticisms are valid, but let's be honest, here- that one's not. Still, this "Bachelor" is anything but well-liked -- that seems to be a trend, with Juan Pablo Galavis publically distanced from the show and Sean Lowe/Ben Flajnik getting tepid reviews. At least Soules gets the last laugh- he gets weeks and weeks of paid vacations with hordes of women, and might even find a wife out of all this.
